When planning and creating a short film choosing a specific target audience is essential as it makes sure the film isnt confusing trying to relate to everyone. My target audience is white, middle classed, 15 year old, males and females, who live in London. Below I have also done an in-deph breakdown of my taget audience:
Age: 15 years and older as the certificate for the short film is a 15.
Gender: Both Genders | Female becuase the short film has fantastic female leads that young girls can connect and relate to. Males because they will be attracted to the mysterious plot and to the females starring in it; also known as the male gaze.
Ethnicity: white primarily but some other ethnic groups may watch as there is one black lead actress that will appeal to them.
Social Demographic:
Occupation: Works in a retail store part time whilst studying at school or collage.
Hobbies:
Style: They are very unique and usually starting a new trend rather than following one.
Media Grouping:
